All Rules and Terms of Service apply to all users accessing the Site. Anatheria reserves the right to remove any privileges, or prohibit the use of the Site to any User at any time. Users who, or try to, ignore or bypass the Rules or Terms of Service will be punished accordingly. Punishment can range from being chat banned, frozen or banned from Anatheria. Users may also have certain areas of their account reset or deleted if they contain inappropriate media.

As a User, you do not own the site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements on Anatheria, they are for users to play with while on Anatheria.
Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, users cannot sell them, give them to anyone, trade them for anything, or pretend they made them. All site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements are the property of Anatheria and its respective owners, and should not be plagiarised or copied.

All content and media displayed on and within Anatheria belongs to Anatheria and its respective owners. Therefore users are not permitted, or authorized, to sell, trade, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Media in any way, or by any means, possible. Only except that users may download one copy of appropriately limited portions of the Media on any single computer for users personal, noncommercial use only, provided users include the following on every page containing copyrightable elements and users keep intact other proprietary notices:

• Links to, or advertisements, for third party commercial websites
• Information on downloading auto scripts or obtaining secret or exclusive features
• Personal identity information that might identify a User
• Spam, scams or flooded/repeated messages

• User profiles
